I’m Grateful

As I’ve walked in to work these past couple of chilly mornings I’ve seen the same ladies at the bus stop with their babies bundled up next to them. I thought, “Wow, I am so grateful that I don’t have to take the bus and that I don’t have to have my baby with me in the cold this early in the morning.” It got me thinking about all of the little things I see in my daily world and how I sometimes take them for granted. I think I’ve blogged about this before, but you can never be grateful enough or thankful enough.

Here’s what I’m thankful/grateful for this morning:

*my health and family
*my job
*the car that gets me to work each morning and keeps me warm and cool
*the food I have to eat that keeps my stomach full
*my wonderful mother who had a great life for 50 years. Life is short and she lived life fully. Today would have been her 53rd birthday. Happy Birthday Mom.
